The API call limit is closely tied to the shop type. The enterprise customer decides on the frequency that the API can be called and sets this in the business administration respectively. The API call limit can be applied to the web services categories, customers, orders and products.

Requests to the API are limited per day and per store. To maintain optimum performance and ensure that the ePages SOAP API is available to all ePages customers, ePages recommends to not exceed the default values.
